Returns information


At Sad & Forgotten, we believe in the highest quality and service for our customers. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or credit. When sending returns back please indicate what you are returning and the reason why. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and order invoice (provided via email) the goods and let us know if you require an exchange or credit.


Delivery Cost


Costs are based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, input your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.


Shipping


Orders are generally shipped within 2 days of order. You will be notified of shipping via a shipping confirmation email from our Bigcartel website.


By placing an order you are agreeing with our shipping methods here at Sad & Forgotten. Please understand with shipping outside of Australia this may take up to a maximum of 25 days, this is mainly because our postage system in Australia is useless and your order may be searched via your/our country's customs which we have no control over and vary depending on location, This can increase delivery time.
